we ship all of our Femme Royale Merchandise from the United States of the Virgin Islands. 0ur packages are shipped via USPS. 

due to COVID-19 we have had major delays with shipping. please advise shipping could take up to two weeks.

international customers please email us with any questions you may have. being a small shop we do apologize for the high costs of shipping. we too wish it wasn't so expensive.

30 day return policy — unworn & unwashed. 

if you need to make a return or exchange an item please email INFO@femmeroyale.com. please include your order number & what items you will be returning. we will send you a return label and deduct $6 for shipping from your return when processed.
